Roast beef by ricecooker
It is the coldest season in Japan and I need to wait to go to fishing for a while.
I decided to cook what I would like to have for dinner last night.
I bought beef,chicken,sole or squid at the supermarket and I decided to cook roast beef for main dish.
There are some ways to cook roast beef. when I saw the recipe and I chose to use rice cooker.
This is the easiest way to cook I think.
INGREDIENTS 4 person
Nice beef
sauce
1/2 grated onion
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons cooking rice wine
1 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 grated garlic
1/4 grated ginge

just prepare for nice nice beef
grill well about 30~40 seconds each surface

put it out once from the pan after that and put the all mixed sauce to the pan for 10 second.
and put the sauce and beef in to the plastic bag. Put hot boiled water in to the rice cooker
Then put it rice cooker and keep it warm 40 minutes.
after that just cool it in the fringe and cut it. That's it.

I cooked roast potato pasta for appetizers and made Tiramisu for desserts



年末のシーバス以来久しく釣りはこの寒さでなかなか行かないのでこんなときの休みは好きなもんを
つくる。
今回は炊飯器でローストビーフ ネットで検索してこんな感じです。
漬けタレ 4人前
玉ねぎ(すりおろし) 1/2個
しょう油 大さじ4
みりん 大さじ4
酢 大さじ1
おろしにんにく 小さじ1/4
おろし生姜 小さじ1/4
牛の頬肉の表面をしっかり30秒から40秒くらいそれぞれの面をしっかり焼いて、一度フライパンから出して
そのフライパンで漬けタレを10秒くらいいれアルコールを飛ばしたあとスパーによくあるビニール袋に漬けタレと
肉を入れて炊飯器に沸騰したお湯をいれて40分保温し、その後冷蔵庫で冷まして切るだけ。
