short trip
I went to one of the most poplar roadside rest area in Japan with my family. It is located in Gunma prefecture calls denen plaza Kawaba

It was bit far from Tokyo more than I expected and took 2 hours by high way, As soon as we arrived there, we had a lunch and ordered
pizza. There are many restaurant there.
There were athletic place,vegetable market or the shop for the principal products of this district.
After lunch we took a walk and went to the station where is the steam locomotives without electric engines.
This is the shortest station they move.

It was my first time to ride steam locomotives without electric engines and it's very interesting.
There were the beautiful river or rural landscape.
When we are walking along the river, there were the big tree of chestnut and we found the fruit.
and there were lots of chestnuts under the tree. I decided to gather those and finally I could gathered hundreds of it.
I was so lucky that I could have many chestnuts and this is the big harvest for the day,
We really enjoyed this short trip and I cooked some dishes for the chestnuts next day,
前から行ってみたかった道の駅で一番人気の川場ブラザ 東京から高速で1時間半とあったが結局片道2時間くらいはかかる。
着くとそこには道の駅というよりいろいろな施設やレストランがありそこそこ遊べる。 家族連れにもいい。 ランチをとりその後
散歩をして日本一短い距離を走るSLを乗りに移動する。 SLって実際に乗ったこともないので本当に数100Mを走るだけだったけど
何か懐かしい感じで楽しかった。
川もあり大きな栗の木もあり結構拾って翌日栗を使ったパスタ；スープとキッシュを作る。 秋だね～
