Bass & Sea bass fishing and cooking

  

My strawberry starts to bear fruit again, the last one had not beard fruit, I do not know why, I hope this one will be fine,

but I am very worry about recently hot weather,



イチゴの実がまたつき始めました、　四季なりなので何度も実がなるんですね～。　しかしこの暑さではちゃんと育つか心配です。
  

It is very hot now here in Tokyo and I decided to cook green curry by leftover, As you know when we make green curry, we use coconut
milk but we can not find it normal supermarket, I decided to use yoghurt instead of coconut milk for this time and put tomato,avocado
shrimp and chicken.



I bought table and chair at IKEA today for lunch or dinner at my balcony but it is still hot now and better to have it at room lol.

暑い暑い　こんな日はカレーが食べたい。　冷蔵庫の整理も含めてシーフードのグリーンカレー。　　微塵入りしたガーリックにオリーブオイルを
ひいて鶏肉、イカをグリーンカレーペーストで炒めて、トマト、アボカドをいれてヨーグルトで煮込み最後にナンプラーを軽くかけて終わり。
グリーンカレーは普通のカレーより時間あかからなくていいね。
　今日イケアでかった椅子とテーブルのセットを早速バルコニーにだして南国のカフェ風に食べるも目の前に洗濯物があるのが現実すぎる.....  

I made farci for the first time. This is very good for　appetizers.

I used zucchini and minced it,onion,bacon and put some flour with salt and black pepper then put them to the oven
of 200C for 20 or 30 minutes. This is very simple but yummy. I decided to make it for home party that will be held next months.




I also cooked Avocado and mini tomato pasta. I just put it minced zucchini, onion with tomato and put some consome powder
and salt and pepper. it is not bad haha.



ズッキーニがあったので何にしようかと思ってパスタとファルシを作ってみた。　ファルシはズッキーニの中身をくりぬいて
微塵切りにして玉ねぎ、ベーコンも合わせて微塵切り　小麦粉をスプーン大をそれぞれボールに入れて混ぜてくり貫いた
ズッキーニにいれてチーズをのせて200度のオーブンに２０～30分焼いて終わり。

一緒にアボカドとミニトマトのパスタも作ったけど美味しかった～。　各切りしたアボカドに同じく微塵切した玉ねぎとズッキーニ
をにんにくと一緒に香りが出るまで炒めパスタを入れて茹で汁を加えコンソメパウダーを入れて塩こしょうで終わり。

The first harvest for soy beans just took around 3months




Made risotto for green soybeans I harvested in this morning and added some broad beans or corn and bacon.




  

I had a vacation as earlier for six days and went to Okinawa where is located the most south place in Japan.
I went to there a long time ago but I had not been diving even though this is one of the world famous spot.








As soon as I arrived at Okinawa airport I called the diving shop I booked and they picked me up soon,
We went to the port to prepare for diving and needed to set the equipment up but I totally forgot how to do it because I had not have
diving for a long and asked the staff.




There were six participant and we went to Kerama Islands where is one of the famous spot for diving and it is national park in Japan,

Even though I had not have diving for a long I manage to remember how to do and enjoyed two dive at the first day and saw so many
tropical fishes or corals and sea turtles.















After diving I walked around the city and found the river and I could see some fishes in the river what I never seen before,
I decided to go to fishing after left my luggage. I can not believed that there were so many fish in the river even though this is
central the city and under the rail station.

I started to cast some lures which I prepared to fish for Bass in Okinawa but those fish had not chase the lures.
I changed many lure to fish them and finally I could caught it at night!




and I could another same fish after that. I still do not know what kind of fish it is,




I found myself it was already passed 1 AM and decided to go back to the hotel. I really enjoyed the first day.

The second day

I decided to go to Bass fishing and go to beach after that. I woke up early and went to the shop to rent a car for two days.
I searched web site and knew it there are the bass in Okinawa and some famous spot there,

I decided to go one of the famous spot and drove for around two hours. I arrived at the spot but it was prohibited to fishing,
I knew it before I go but I though there is some spot I can fish but it was not.....






I decided to go to beach and dropped at one of the famous Okinawa noodles shop.



This was so yummy and just 3 dollars !! After I had a lunch I found that it seems so hot outside and I though I should stay here
and rest for a while. If I go to beach at that time I will be burn..

I took a rest for few hours at the restaurant and went to the beach near by. I arrived at 5:30 pm but it said that it will be close at 6 pm.




I decided to stay there to see the sunset, this beach is located near US military base and I could see many American there.










It was so beautiful sunset and backed to hotel after that. Of course no fish for second day.

The third day

I was under stress because of no fish yesterday and woke up 4 am to go bass fishing before I go to the diving,
That spot is the different spot where I went to yesterday. When I arrived at the spot the gate was closed....
I didn't know why that it was closed because it said this is the only place to fish the bass. I could not give it up and I walked around
the spot and entered the other gate.

After I entered the gate and saw the dam I could see very small bass there, I started to cast lures and I managed to catch the bass
in Okinawa! but this is the smallest record for this year haha.




I finished to fishing and went to the port for second diving, It was bit far away from there and took about two hours,

This place is famous for beautiful cave in the sea and there were more than twenty participant and some of them were from Taiwan.

I could see the beautiful cave or many tropical fishes there but I could see many divers as well.
I met the guy who was my diving buddy and he was my junior of university. What a small world isn't it,




One of the diving staff asked us to have a dinner with us and I decided to join this at evening,

I could see the beautiful beach on my way to the spot and I parked the car and took some photo of there,

I went back to the spot where I caught the bass in the morning. I cast lure many time and changed the spot many times but
it was hard to catch it, finally I could caught two small bass there but it was not large enough.




The staff called me while I was fishing and I finished fishing that day,

We went to Izakaya and some staff and buddy came to there and we talked abut diving or many things, I really spent the nice time
and enjoyed there.









I backed to Tokyo next morning and I enjoyed my vacation here in Okinawa and I am sure I will come back to there for diving and fishing
again.

直前にまとまった休みが取れたのでこれはどこか行くしかないと、久しくやってないダイビングをしに最初は奄美大島を計画してたが
釣りと本格的なダイビングをすることを考えて沖縄に変更した。　ダイビングはもう10年以上やってないから大丈夫かなと思ったけど
なんとななるかと。
　初日の午前中に那覇に着きその日を無駄にしたくないのでその日から潜る予約をし、ホテルに行かずして慶良間諸島に直行。

着くやいなや着替えて道具をセットしてくださ～いとスタッフの方が言うも、どうやってセットすんの？？　とっくにそんなの忘れれてるよ。
スタッフの方が久しぶりなんで最初のダイビングは慣らしのコースにしますか？と　いえいえ一応俺　アドバンスのライセンス持っている
ので今更慣らしのコースで１ダイブを無駄にしたくないので...と　なんとか教えてもらながらセットして潜る。

前週の台風の影響でそれほど海は澄んでないとの事だったけど久しぶりのダイビングに多くの熱帯魚や海がめもラッキーな事に会えて
感動のひと時を過ごせました。　やっぱりダイビングはいいな～。なんでそんなにブランクがあったんだろ？　

その後帰り道に市内を歩いていると川にはなにやら見たことのない魚あ泳いでる、夜でよくみえないけどなんかバスっぽいな～
荷物を置いて再び同じ場所に来て試しにルアーをキャストしてみる。　　なんどやっても見える魚はチェイスをする気配ない。
何度もルアーを変えてルアーも小さくしてクランクをキャストする事数回でヒット！！　釣り上げて見るもこの魚何？？
その後今度はワームで同じ魚をゲット！　いまだこの魚の名前はわからず。　とても充実した沖縄の初日でした。

二日目はバス釣りを朝から計画してレンタカーを借りる。　一番有名なポイントに1時間以上もかけて行くも釣り禁止。
わかっちゃいたけどどこかするところあるだろ～と思って行ったけどなかなかポイントあないので諦めビーチに行くことに決めた。
その前に腹ごしらえと思ってソーキそばを頂く。　350円で疲れた身体にこれは美味い！　食べ終えると外はもうカンカン照りで
とれもこの暑さでビーチに行くのもきついのでしばらく休んでから行くことに、少し寝てしまい気がつくともう5時、ビーチについたら
5時半でななんと6時でClose.　夕日が綺麗だったのでしばらく夕日を見てその日は終了。　なにもつれずストレス満開。

3日目は8時半にダイビングの集合で集合場所もホテルから30Km先にもかかわらず4時起きして反対方向の別のポイントに気合を入れて
直行！　まだ薄暗い内につくもここは釣りOKとネットに書いてあったにもかかわらず何故か入り口のゲートは鉄格子付きでしまってるじゃないの
～。　それで昨日みたいに諦める訳にはいかずなんとか他の入り口を見つけいざスタート！　水面をみると１５cmくらいのバスが何匹も
いるじゃない！！　これは期待できると早速キャストをするも小さなバスはルアーを追うも食いつくには小さすぎる、大きなバスはどこに
いるの？と思うもまったく見えない。　水深にいるんだろ～とワームやディープクランクをキャストするも全く反応なし....
小さなクランクに変えてなんどかキャストするとなんか引っかかっているとおもったらななんと今年の最小記録を更新！！　15CM
君良く食ってきたね～。　大きさはともかく沖縄で記念のバスでいつも以上に嬉しい！　そんなこんなで時間もなくなりダイビングの集合場所
に直行しここも有名なダイビングスポット。　ここも綺麗だったけど人も多いね～　それでも満足満足。
帰り道の海岸線もあまりにも綺麗で車を停めて写真を撮る。　　その後朝の一匹では物足りず再度同じ場所に戻る。

戻って3時間ばかりポイントも変えながらルアーも変えてキャストするも同じくらいの大きさのバスが2匹釣れたのみでダイビングのスタッフに
誘われて居酒屋に行く。　当日潜った人やスタッフの方とダイビングのいろいろな話も聞けて本当に楽しかった。

ほとんど観光はしてないけど久しぶりのダイビングと沖縄で釣れた貴重なバスに大満足の沖縄旅行でした。
ちなみに県内を流れる川のいたるところにこちらでは見ることのないテラピアとプレコがうじゃうじゃ泳いでる光景にはたまげた。
特にテラピアはどこの川にもいるようです。
