Salmon with Mozzarella cheese tomato taste
数日前のレシピでしたがアップします。 正月かけで食材がなかったので冷蔵庫の中の整理も兼ねて
今回はトマト缶とツナ缶と残ったチーズを使って作りました。
玉ねぎとニンニクをみじん切りしてオリーブオイルで炒めて、その後残りのきのこも入れて
狐色に玉ねぎが変わってきたらツナ缶のツナを投入して炒めトマト缶、も投入
コンソメと鶏がらスープのもとを入れて茹で上がったパスタの後に塩コショウで味を調えてチーズを最後に
いれて終わりで~す。
This is a recipe I cooked a few weeks ago & I didn’t post it.
We Japanese people eat something that we call Osechi which is a special tradition meal only made on New Years. I was fed up with eating it because a few ays had passed since we celebrated New Years.
I decided to cook pasta but I realized that there was not enough food to cook in the refrigerator.
I found a can of tuna, tomato, cheese & mushrooms.

I started to cook my original the below recipe,
1) Put minced onion, garlic & olive oil in a frying pan on low heat & fry until golden brown, then add mushrooms.

2) Add the tomato & some salt, pepper & chicken/consomme powder then add boiled pasta

3) Add mozzarella cheese and melt the n you are finished.

That's it ,
