Bass & Sea bass fishing and cooking

  

My friend asked me go to sea fishing last week. we went to fishing near Enoshima area, It was so nice weather but
bit chilly in the morning. I could see the beautiful Mt Fuji in the morning,





we started near bay area and it was first time to fish such a fishing, I got yellow tail fish as soon as I started more
than anybody else.





It was good to fishing over the beautiful sea or sky and best day to fish such a nice weather,









I could fish many kind of fish which I do not know the name.





I could fish house mackerel or bonito as well after that,









There were eight angler on the ship include me and we caught enough fish as the below.





we really all enjoyed sea fishing this time and we do not expected that we could fish such a many kind of fish.

I sent email to my parents or brother and told them I will bring those fishes to cook for dinner,
I was so excited to cook them and I prepared some as Sashimi or carpaccio. I thought it was the best recipe
to cook such a fresh fishes and it was sooooo yummy!
My parents or brother were so satisfied those dishes.













My favorite dish was Sashimi of bonito. It was so nice to go sea fishing sometimes and fish and eat many kind of
fishes.

友人に誘われ久しぶりに海釣りに江ノ島方面に行きました。　朝は予想以上に肌寒かったけど富士山も最高に綺麗で
天気も最高で絶好の釣り日和でした。

スタートするや否や早速イナダを確保。　何でも最初に釣れると嬉しい。　その後名前のわからない魚、カツオ、アジ、サバと
まさにこれぞ五目釣り。　　日頃のバス釣りとは異なりえさ釣りなので釣れる魚も数も違うので面白い。
最後には相当釣れてクーラボックスには入りきらないくらいの数が釣れました。

早速実家に電話して大漁なので夕飯は魚料理と、実家に着いてメニューもいろいろ考えたけどはやり新鮮な魚は刺身が
ベストとイナダ、カツオは刺身に、カツオは更にカルパッチョに、久しぶりに捌いた魚もうまくいかない部分はなめろうにした。

サバ・アジはもう食べきれずまさに正月のような魚が久々に台所に並んで家族も満足の一日でした。
