We says Autumn is the season for good appetite，harvest，reading， and the arts.

My vegetables or herbs are growing very well at my balcony. There are eggplant,paprika,mini tomato and chili pepper,
I think those vegetables already supposed to have a harvest in August or September but it is those vegetables are
on the growing, I do not know why the reason but I seems I was a bit late to sow the seeds for those vegetables
or because of bad weather and lack of sunshine. It might be the both reason,











I hope it will bear fruit well and have a nice harvest.

9月には苗から植えたミニトマトやナスがなりパプリカや唐辛子が実付き始める。　本来はもう収穫の時期なのだろうが
すべて種から育てているので種まきが遅かったのかそれとも日照時間や天候の関係で成長が遅いのか？

おそらく両方が原因かな。







  

My mini tomato which sowed the seeds on the first week May this year finally ready to harvest.




They have disease in Japanese rainy season in June but after that it grows well and have a bud, I can see more that twenty buds
in my garden and I hope it will grow well and have many harvest in fall.

ついに5月に種からまいたミニトマトが実を結び収穫可能になりました。　まだ１つですが現在20以上のつぼみがついてますので
あとひと月もすれば沢山収穫出来ると期待してます。

6月の雨季には太陽の不足による葉が白くなり病気にかかりましたが梅雨明け後はぐいぐい成長してきました。

他のなす、パプリカ、唐辛子、オクラなどもこれから成長することを願います。

  

My strawberry starts to bear fruit again, the last one had not beard fruit, I do not know why, I hope this one will be fine,

but I am very worry about recently hot weather,



イチゴの実がまたつき始めました、　四季なりなので何度も実がなるんですね～。　しかしこの暑さではちゃんと育つか心配です。

It starts to bear fruit

The first harvest for soy beans just took around 3months




Made risotto for green soybeans I harvested in this morning and added some broad beans or corn and bacon.




  

As you can see, my strawberry and tomato start to bear fruit.







It's getting warm recently and my herbs or vegetables are growing faster than usual.

Almost 2 months has passed since sowing the seeds for tomato and it also growing well. I transplant to the PET bottle those seeding
of tomato. It took more than one hours though,




The last photo is the seeding of paprika. I bought it for cooking two weeks before and got rid of those seeds cause it could not find
those seeds any shops then I sowed the seeds and it took 2 weeks for coming out.

I hope it will also bear fruit,




最近はどんどん暖かくなり苺とトマトの実がなり始めた。　このトマトは苗を購入したものだが既に花が咲きその後に小さなトマトが
見える。
苺も花が咲いた後にこうやって実がなるんだね～。

次に種から2ヶ月くらい前に種からまいたトマトはどんどん大きくなり水耕栽培用にペットボトルに6本移植完了。　1時間以上かかった...

最後の写真はパプリカです。　なかなか種を見つけられず仕方なく2週間前に購入したパプリカの種を採取してだめもとでまいてみると
なんとどんどん芽が生えてきてます。　実がなって色づくまでは相当時間がかかるのだろうがこれが育つのも楽しみ。
  

My peppermint which I picked it up my fishing spot are growing well and I decided to make a herb tea after lunch,




My Italian parsley　or Arugula and mini tomato are also　coming along.










I cooked French and Italian lunch with dessert.

I cooked clam and canola flower pasta for appetizers and steamed codfish with spring vegetables for main dishes.





Ingredients

Morue de braiser

codfish,clam,canola flower,mushroom,white wine,olive oil,salt and pepper.
Butter and lemon juice for source.




and this is my first herb tea. The combination of Tiramisu and peppermint tea are not bad.





高滝湖でバス釣り中に偶然見つけたハーブはすくすく育ってきたので今日はハーブティーを食後に作ることにしました。

ひと月以上たったルッコラ、イタリアンパセリやミニトマトも順調に成長中。　これらもそろそろ初収穫です。

今日は先月これもバス釣りする川沿いに群生していた菜の花を摘んだものがまだ冷蔵庫に残っていたのでアサリと菜の花のパスタ
を前菜に鱈とアサリ・菜の花の蒸し料理を作ってみました。　春ずくしの料理で美味くいきました。
作り置きしたティラミスにバルコニーから少しペパーミントを摘んでペパーミントティーを食後に、この組み合わせはとてもいいです。

旬な食材で料理を楽しんだ休日でした。  

I have started my gardening on 16th March for this year and sow some seeds such a Italian parsley and thyme at the first in the water tank.







I actually do not have real garden cause I'm living at higher elevations　and also a bit lazy to watering. It is best way for me to grow
some plants.




After two weeks they starts to come up and mini tomato as well.




and some strawberry that I bough in winter has coming out.




I hope it will be bear a lot of fruit on this summer.




I went to Bass fishing at weekend where I sometimes go and while I was fishing, I found wild peppermint by chance at the fishing spot.

I did not why such a peppermint were growing there. I picked some up and grow it my balcony and going to use it for cooking.

I am watering every morning so far and it makes me so comfortable and feel calm.

今年も昨年に続きガーデニングを3月16日にスタートした。　ガーデニングといっても実際にマンションなので庭はなくまた水をあげる
ことを時々忘れるのでいわゆる水耕栽培が自分にとって一番適している栽培方法と言う事を昨年よくわかりました。

種をまき2週間後にはタイム・イタリアンパセリやミニトマトの芽が出てきました。　今のところ朝目覚めるとバルコニーに出てせっせと
水をあげて緑を見ているととても気持ちが落ち着きます。　根付いてきたときには水の量を増やして本格的な水耕栽培に移行します。

冬にかった苺もなんとか生き延びてすこしづつ成長してます。　実がなることを期待して今後もせっせと世話をしよう。
  

I recently in to the gardening in stead of fishing. It is so hot and humid to go fishing in this season .

This is lettuce just sow one week ago and basil grow well, rosemary starts to strike root.





This basil takes almost 2 months to grow and I am able to pick them up to cook now,





I could not strike the roots for rosemary at first but I finally could this, I hope it will grow well.





I already sow the seeds of Cucumber,Coriander or lemon balm. I am so looking forward to grow it.

最近は暑くて釣りに行かない分、バルコニーでの水耕栽培に夢中になっている。

一週間前にまいたレタスは芽が出てきた、バジルは既に食べられるまで成長、ここまで約2ヶ月そして根付かなかった

ローズマリーもやっとのことで成長中、そのほか胡瓜やコリアンダータイムなども育て始めてます。

早く大きくなることが楽しみです。

  

I started gardening from few month ago. I often cook pasta but sometimes it's hard to buy some basil when
I cook what I like.

I started to plant to seed of basil as the photo.






After one month , you can see the basil as it is.

and one and half months, it is basil !





I hope I will pick them up few weeks later to cook pasta.

The bush bean also grows in the water tank @ my balcony. It's grows up very fast. I just planted by tank farming one weeks ago.　





I bought tomato seedling last week and it is already has become red mini tomato.

I hope I will plant more vegetables or plants all the year by tank farming.





バルコニーでバジルをまいてひと月半、いよいよ水耕栽培をスタートしました。
　バルコニーでは土を使うと虫がくる、おまけに毎日の水やり面倒なので不精の私にはぴったり。

バジルはすくすく育ちタイムは成長が遅いけど少しづつ育ってます。　先週苗から買ったトマトはもう赤くなり
インゲンは1週間でこんなに育ってます。

これからいろいろ植えて収穫して料理するのが楽しみです。
