Bass & Sea bass fishing and cooking

  

以前にテレビでやっていましたが、中身は自分でアレンジしました。　　ランチに食べたくなり近くでトマトと

モッツアレラチーズを購入。　　これだけあれば超簡単です。





トマトのへたをとって沸騰した鍋に入れて3分位して取り出しざるに上げておく。

フライパンにスライスしたニンニク、鷹のつめをいれていいにおいがしてきたら茹で上がったパスタを投入

その後塩・胡椒を好みでいれて先ほどのトマトを包丁で適当にカットし混ぜて最後にモッツアレラチーズを

好みの量をいれて弱火で混ぜで粉チーズをかけて終了。　　





When I was watching TV a few months ago, I saw this recipe & I decided to try & make it.

It’s really fast & easy to make & it’s very delicious!

You will need a whole tomato & mozzarella cheese.

1) Boil some pasta

2) Remove the stalk end of the tomato & boil it in water for 3-4 minutes

3) Put sliced garlic & sliced red pepper in a frying pan with olive oil

When you have a good strong smell of garlic, put the boiled pasta in a frying pan & add some salt & pepper with chopped boiled tomato.
Finally, add the mozzarella cheese & stir it all together while cooking on medium heat.

Serve on your favorite plate & enjoy!   

I do not know why I can’t type Japanese words on my PC so, I will start to write my recipe in English.

This is one of the easiest recipes, it only takes 10 minutes to cook.

Choose any kind of mushroom that you like, I chose 4 kinds of mushrooms this time.





I used Lukue cooking steam this time. I put in all of the chopped mushrooms & 2 spoonfuls of SAKE(cooking sake).

I put it in the microwave & let it steam for 3 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling water while you’re waiting for the mushrooms to be finished.

After you boil the pasta, put some butter in a frying pan & add some olive oil & cook on low heat.

Add some salt & pepper, some chicken soup powder & all of the mushrooms.

That is all, do not add too much soy sauce & salt or it will be very salty.










  

27日も帰り道に墨田川に寄ってきました。　既にいつものポイントには常連の先客が2名いて、そこでお邪魔して

端でやらしてもらった。　　　10分くらいすると横でＨＩｔ　　４０ｃｍ弱。　　水面でバイトはありまだまだベイトを

チェイスしてるのが見える。　　　となりではワームを使って釣っているが俺は、バス用のワームは死ぬほど持っている

けどシーバス用のワームは使ったこともないし、持ってもない。

前回ヒットしたミノーで今日も攻めるが前回と異なりなんのバイトもない。　　キャスト続けて2時間近くたってもなにもなし。

隣の2人ももう寒くて、バイトもないので引き上げ...... 俺はボウズで帰る訳も行かず残業。

寒さも空腹にも負けず、ひたすらキャストする事30分位するとまたまたバイトモードに入る。

　潮の流れが速まり、水面ではベイトをシーバスが捕食しているのがどんどん出てくる。　これは必ず釣れると思って

更にキャストする事15分位してやっとバイト！　　　結構小さいとおもってあげてみると４０ＵＰ　ここのアベレージサイズ

でもう寒さにも勝てず終了しました。





I dropped at Sumida river where I always go to fish after work. There were already two angler who is fishing.

This point is the easiest spot where we can catch ever I know at Sumida river so there is always angler.

I asked them to cast next to them and joined , Well it is end of Dec, so cold and depress if I do not have any

bite ,

After 15min the guy who is casting next to me. got a Sea bass about 40cm by worm. I have a hundreds of worm

for Bass but do not have any worm for Sea bass.

I used lure which I used and got two Sea bass last time but I could not any bite even if I tried and used same lure.

I changed some lure but no bite, It's getting cold again and this two guys gave up to continue to fish because of

cold and no bite,

I could not give it up cause I had not any fish that day, I continue to fish and was waiting to chance ,

After 30 min I felt that chance was coming , I could see many Sea bass that they were chasing bait.

I casted over and over again and finally got one,　　Ｉｔ was the average size we can fish here,

It was already passed 23:00 so decided to get back to home.  

帰りが深夜になったため日記を書くのが遅くなりましたが木曜日15日にまたまた行ってきました。

いつものスポットを覗くとあれ～、誰もいない。　水面を見ると最近なかったベイトがいるよう。

早速準備してキャストする事数10分、足元でバイト、目の前でばらす。　　恐らく４０弱くらい。

今日は最近にないほどベイトがいてそれをシーバスがチェイスしているのがわかるくらい水面でボイルしている。

　ルアーを何度もかえてるが前回学んだところ、どうも50upくらいはなかなかでず、チェイスしているのは

３０ｃｍ～４０ｃｍクラスのフッコ。

　そして始めてから1時間以上経ったときに結構足元でバイト、今度はしっかり乗った！　　それほど大きくないと

思っていたがあげて見ると４０ｃｍクラス。





その後も水面でもバイトは続くがなかなか食ってこない、　時間は深夜になるがベイトのチェイスが終わらないので

投げ続けること1時間後くらいにまたまた足元でバイト！　　これも同等クラスの大きさでした。





時間を見るともう深夜の12時を回っていたので時間切れ終了で今日はこの2匹で終了しました。






　その帰りにチャリで帰宅までに2度も職務質問されました.....

Few days ago, I dropped at same place where I always go to. there were some angler and talk a lot

about Sea bass fishing and we 4 angler casted almost same place ,

There were so much bite and so many Sea bass was chasing bait and we could the sound that sea bass

was chasing and biting the bait, but lastly I manage to could catch one that the smallest one,

about 25cm.

So this day I used and casted the smallest lure , I can't cast it far cause It is very light lure but I always

catch sea bass here not so far point,

There were some bite and chasing but no hooking an hour , I changed many lure and finally got a one,

It was not so small but not enough size,

I casted again and continue to changing lures , about one hours later, I could catch almost same size

and same lure,

I realized that it was 24:00 and have to go home, I could't give up to fish this day because so much

biting ,

It was enough to late when I get home so I had got questioned by the authorities twice .


  

昨日は日没から隅田川でシーバスを狙う、アングラーは所々にいるのでほとんどの人に声掛けしてみるが

誰も釣れていない...　　何箇所かでキャストするも1回バイトするもフッキングせず...　　最後のポイントに向かい到着すると

えさ釣りをしてるおっちゃん発見、　ここはとても狭いポイントなので諦めかけていると、　シーバスかい？と聞いてきたので

ええ,,とこの辺は餌釣りでないとつれないよ～なんて言うので少し話を聞いていると、酒臭いのが気になるが地元のかなり

釣りを熟知している人。　　小一時間くらい話して帰ろうとすると、仕掛け貸してあげるから遊んでいけば...とお誘いを受け

まー情報交換と思ってやるとすぐさま大きなハゼ、ゲット。　　こんなハゼこんなとこで釣れんの～。　おっちゃんはもう20匹

くらい確保してるし。　から揚げにすると美味いらしい。





　続けて2匹のフッコゲット.. 餌はゴカイでハゼの仕掛けにこんなシーバスが食ってくるんだね～。





おっちゃん曰くだからワームがいいよと。　いろんな釣りをしてきてるからとても知識ではかなわないので、シーバスの攻め方

も少し変えてみようかな。　　年配の経験者しかも地元の人の言う事は素直に聞いておくべきだな。

今日も少し寄って見よう。

It is getting cold day by day in Japan. I dropped at Sumida River where I always go to,

There was many angler there especially under the bridge cause there is nice spot where

Sea bass is there after sunset.

I started to fishing and casted for a while but no bit..... 　　 I changed the place and casted again

after one hour I had got a bite but couldn't hook it!!!

I moved to last spot where I could see many Sea bass last month , I found a senior man who already

is fishing and was using 3 rod to bite fishing , He talked to me and asked what kind of fishing are you doing?

Sea bass? . I said yes , He said It must be hard to fish around here to fish Sea bass by lure ,

I asked him what do you fish? He said he is fishing Goby, Is goby here ? He said , look my box,

I could see more than 20 of Goby and it was quite large , almost more than 15cm and he said enough to eat

it by Tempra or Karaage ( how to cook) , It was amazing and I do not know there is such a large goby in this

river,

I talked to him more than one hour cause he knows well about around here , He lives near by.

He was kind of drunk but must be specialist as a angler ,

I tried to gave up to fish sea bass by lure but he said would you like to bait fishing ? It must be fun.!

I tried to bait fishing and after I casted and wait 20 minutes , I had got a goby first and small sea bass next.

Yesterday was total eclipse of the moon, drunk man were always talked to me , so was not romantic but

It was a nice time to talk with him who knows well about fishing,

  

最近はバスのオフシーズンなのでシーバス釣りによく行ってます。　今日は最寄の釣具屋でルアーも仕込み

隅田川に到着。　今日は潮目がそれほどでもないので、どうかな～と思いながら今日仕込んだルアーを試すも

ものの10分で、ヒット！　　今日買ったばかりのルアーで釣れて、なんか嬉しいね～と手前まで引き寄せ40ｃｍくらいを捕獲





幸先がいいのでこれは今日は爆釣になるかと思い、　投げる、投げる、そして投げるも　その後ポイントも2箇所変えて

やるも全くあたりもない。　　昨晩から今日の午前中にかけての雨の影響か隅田川の水も濁っていてこれ以上は消耗戦

になると思い撤収しました。

I went to go to fishing shop today and bought some lure for Sea bass , I have so many lure for Bass but not much

for Sea bass, I do not why but lure for Sea bass are more expensive than Bass,

I had choice 4 or 5 lure and tried soon when I arrived Sumida river where I always go to,

and I could not believe that I had got a Sea bass soon , may be 10 minutes later after I started to cast,

It was a lure which I had choice today, so existed it !! but after that I could not any bite even if I changed some

spot ,

I think we had a much rain from last night till this morning so the river was not clear water and thought that not easy to

catch if I continue to fish so decided to go home,
