Bass & Sea bass fishing and cooking

  

I'm wishing that you may have a wonderful Golden Week.　　We had a home party yesterday.

This is a kind of annual event for our colleague. I cooked every lunch & dinner what I would like to cook.

First of all I cooked Penne carbonara, Vongole bianco ,Avocado tomato salad & assorted choice of fruits.





Penne carbonara is the one of my simple & yummy food and I arranged a little avocado salad this time.

I added chopped garlic , a tea spoon of honey , vinegar & sugar.





We talk a lot over eating and have plenty to say on the many subject.






I cooked acqua pazza for dinner with bacon & mushroom salad. I'm recently absorbed in cook acqua pazza.

I added some mushrooms,mini tomato and Asparagus or Anchovy this time.

I was very happy that my colleague eat up everything　what I cooked and they said yummy many times.

I hope I will be improve my cooking skill.










ゴールデンウイークの初日はホームパーティー　いつも誰かに作ってもらいたいんだけど、自分の作ったものを

食べてもらうのもいいね。　好きなもん作れるからね。　　今回はレシピを考える時間もなくペンネカルボナーラ

ボンゴレとアボカドとトマトのサラダ。　　このサラダにはドレッシングに蜂蜜・にんにくとアンチョビの微塵切りに

オリーブオイルを加えて合えて決行好評でした。　　仲間との話は尽きず夕飯にはアサリがすきなので最近凝っている

アクアパッツアにアスパラやきのこ類を入れてカラスカレイを4枚いれてこれまた旨いと自己満足。

　皆で食べる食事はいつも美味しいね。

  

I had a paid holiday　yesterday & I went to Bass fishing. & I met my friends at his house at 6 AM but I could not get up earlier because I stayed late at worked this week.

It was the best day to fish yesterday. I could see many spring flowers there.





We started fishing at the spot where I fished a lot last year, we were lucky because there were only angler there.





We cast hundred times & changed some lures but we did not have any bite there...

We went to Udon restaurant rant for lunch, this is one of the most poplar Udon restaurants & we ordered　their special of the day.





It was the first time I went this Udon restaurant and I was very satisfied with their price.and taste of the foods.

After we had strategy meeting at restaurantt we went to go fishing again,

I saw many horsetail there, I have not seen it for long time. Us , Japanese , feel spring has arrive when we see them





We both still could not catch any fish , we do not why we did not catch any fish.

I hope I can fish nice one next time.

We think we need to learn more about fishing but we still enjoyed ourselves .


昨日は有給を取って釣る気満々で早朝6時に待ち合わせするも起きたのがすでに6時....月曜から木曜までの

毎日の残業、終電で大体起きれるはずない。

集合に遅れるも気候も温暖で今日は間違えなく釣り日和。　　早速現場につき、人気のスポットも今日は平日

と言うこともあり1人しかいない。　　ラッキー！　　早速はじめていろいろ手を変え品を変えるもノーバイト

ポイントも変えてもノーバイト。　　腹が減っては戦はできずとうどんやで作戦会議。　　

その後もいろいろポイントを変え投げるもまったくのノーバイト。　　　見えバスは何度か発見　　フナはスポーニング中で

いたるところでバシャバシャオスがメスを追いかけてました。
