Home party
I'm wishing that you may have a wonderful Golden Week. We had a home party yesterday.
This is a kind of annual event for our colleague. I cooked every lunch & dinner what I would like to cook.
First of all I cooked Penne carbonara, Vongole bianco ,Avocado tomato salad & assorted choice of fruits.

Penne carbonara is the one of my simple & yummy food and I arranged a little avocado salad this time.
I added chopped garlic , a tea spoon of honey , vinegar & sugar.

We talk a lot over eating and have plenty to say on the many subject.

I cooked acqua pazza for dinner with bacon & mushroom salad. I'm recently absorbed in cook acqua pazza.
I added some mushrooms,mini tomato and Asparagus or Anchovy this time.
I was very happy that my colleague eat up everything what I cooked and they said yummy many times.
I hope I will be improve my cooking skill.


ゴールデンウイークの初日はホームパーティー いつも誰かに作ってもらいたいんだけど、自分の作ったものを
食べてもらうのもいいね。 好きなもん作れるからね。 今回はレシピを考える時間もなくペンネカルボナーラ
ボンゴレとアボカドとトマトのサラダ。 このサラダにはドレッシングに蜂蜜・にんにくとアンチョビの微塵切りに
オリーブオイルを加えて合えて決行好評でした。 仲間との話は尽きず夕飯にはアサリがすきなので最近凝っている
アクアパッツアにアスパラやきのこ類を入れてカラスカレイを4枚いれてこれまた旨いと自己満足。
皆で食べる食事はいつも美味しいね。
