Bass & Sea bass fishing and cooking

We went to lake smelt fishing to lake Yamanaka last week and it is my first fishing for 2016.

I actually went to there for 2 years ago but we could not catch enough. we gathered at early morning in Tokyo
and it took around two hours to arrive there.

Unfortunately it was cloudy and we could not see Mt Fuji




As soon as we start the fishing, my juniors caught some




then another juniors caught it




I caught some too and finally the junior who was the first time for fishing caught it. good job




we continue to fishing by 3PM that is the end of fishing and my juniors seemed enjoy a lot.



We could caught around 50 lake smelt each and took it with us to the Houto restaurant which is local foods restaurant around here,






This restaurant is very Japanese and if we order the Houtou they will cook the lake smelt as Tempura.









The fresh lake smelt for tempura was so nice and sweet, we enjoyed the late lunch there,









今年お初釣行は山中湖にワカサギに行ってきました。　2年前にもうシーズン終わりに行ったけど4人でいってまさかの10匹くらい
しか釣れないという悪夢が....それでもその時は富士山がものすごく綺麗でほうとうを食べてその後温泉にも行ったので皆喜んで
もらったけどこちらは不満たらたらだったので今回はリベンジ。

事前情報では1日に100匹は釣れているっていうので今回は期待できるはず。　現地に8時に到着していざ出航。
連れは皆ワカサギ釣り初めてなので大丈夫かな～と思いながら初めて少しで早速ゲット、その後次々と皆釣れ始めて一安心。

釣れない時間も結構あったけど終了1時間前にまさかの爆釣タイム到来で入れ食い状態。　皆お持ち帰り分まで釣るために必死！

15時で終了で皆それぞれ50匹くらいと最低100匹は釣りたかったけど周りでは一番われわれのグループが釣れていた。

初心者には最適のワカサギ釣り　その後ほうとうのお店にもっていってほうとう頼むと持ち込みのワカサギは無料で天麩羅にしてくれる。

皆釣ったばかりのワカサギをほうとうと食べて満足。

皆また行きたいと言ってくれたので来年も行こう！
