cooking @ family home
Tomato , Goya and basil was growing at my family home. I decided to cook cold pasta again and
cook for goya.


Goya is a traditional summer vegetable of Okinawa and an especially popular shade-producing
plant because it has dense leaves and produces vegetables, too.


That's why my parents grow it every summer. I found a nice ham in refrigerator . I decided to cook
Goya salad . This is easy and simple. First of all slice a hum thinly and cut Goya half and remove
the seeds all then slice it as well.
put the Goya in the boiled hot water for 4 or 5 minutes and drain in a colander.
After put the Goya and sliced hum in the bowl , add some Mayonnaise, soy source and vinegar with salt
and paper then mix it well and put in the refrigerator for a while.


After I cooked cold pasta. I cooked Matsuzaka beef. I think this is the one of the most delicious beef
in the world as well as Kobe beef.
I do not need use so much source for this beef, just cooked salt&paper by pan.
All cooking for today went well and really enjoyed.

I really enjoyed this cooking and ate a lot.
実家でトマト、ゴーヤとバジルなんかがベランダで生ってました。 なのでまたまた冷製パスタとゴーヤ
料理を作る事にしました。
毎年日よけと料理に実家ではここ数年ゴーヤを育てます。 冷蔵庫の中にいいハムがあったのでゴーヤ料理は
サラダにする事にしました。
レシピは簡単、ハムとゴーヤをスライスして、ゴーヤは半分にカットして種など中身を取り除いてスライスして
沸騰した鍋に3分くらい、湯がいて水切り後、ボールにスライスしたハムと塩コショウ、少々の醤油と酢と
適量のマヨネーズを入れてよく混ぜて冷蔵庫に冷やすだけです。
パスタを作った後は松坂牛を塩コショウと特性ソースでフライパンで焼いて3品出来上がり。
