Vongole pasta

I did not post my recipe when I cooked this pasta last time. Here we go.
I bought some clams on sale at the supermarket, so I decided to use them for this recipe.
This recipe is called Vongole pasta, it is one of the easiest & most delicious recipes I know.
1) Put minced garlic, red pepper & olive oil into a frying pan on low heat.
2) Put some well washed clams in fresh water then add some white wine & place on middle heat.
3) Add butter in simmering water with pasta (1 cup or less) & cover, let it steam for a few minutes.
4) Once your clams are open add some salt & pepper & your boiled pasta. Dress it with the leftover sauce in the pan.
Eat & enjoy, that is all.
